The society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Texas Bay Area Chapter (SHPE-TBAC) is the southeast Houston professional membership of the national SHPE organization.  The Texas Bay Area Chapter encompasses those who live and/or work in the region south east of Houston including the Clear Lake area.  If you are interested in joining, feel free to attend our next general meeting or apply for membership.

25th- Houston Hispanic Forum at George R Brown Convention Center 1-6 PM

12th- Walking tour of Founders Memorial Park (Houston's city fathers are buried here) given by Greater Houston Preservation Alliance (GHPA) 1:30 PM.  see www.ghpa.org for more information

18th- AIA Buffalo Bayou Walking Tour-10 am.  go to www.aiahouston.org and click on the 'tours' tab for tour info
