Mission:  SHPE is the Source for Quality Hispanic Engineers and Technical Talent

The society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Texas Bay Area Chapter (SHPE-TBAC) is the southeast Houston professional membership of the national SHPE organization.  The Texas Bay Area Chapter encompasses those who live and/or work in the region south east of Houston including the Clear Lake area.  If you are interested in joining, feel free to attend our next general meeting or apply for membership.

15th-Southmore Intermediate Science Program, WOOF TV- students will interview SHPE members

18th- General meeting @  6 PM, Lockheed Building, Bay Area Blvd.

19th- EWEEK Morales Elementary School 3:30 PM

25th- SHPE salsa night- Location to be determined

26th- SHPE Outing- Rockets vs. Spurs at Toyota Center

27th- Officer Retreat at LM1 building 1-4 PM

March 2010

6th- Girl Scout Engineering Day

12th- Science Engineering Fair Houston@ George R. Brown Convention Center

14th- SHPE outing to rodeo for Go Tejano Day

18th- SHPE general meeting @ LM1 building (see meetings tab)
